So I had this problem when i recieve a message back when being direct in text on the phone / online gaming I'm always feeling some kind of excited and it's like butterflies in the stomach and my palms sweat like hell.

It's hard to explain cause it's just so weird as if something BIIIG happend when she replied me in a positive way and i know it's not that of a big deal but..
I always almost everytime fuck my game up after that cause i feel out of control.

I find that really annoying cause i used to have it before when i was sarging out but I want to get rid of this stupid thing now cause it's affecting my game.

Any of you had this ? and how did you cope with that

Yeah I have this, after I send some critical text and I'm waiting for a response or something.

I personally love it, it's an adrenaline rush and feels positive to me.
