Honestly bro, it doesn't seem like something you should just up and quit. If a girl is flirting with the idea of going out to dinner with you, you've already made forward progress from the zero point at which you first began running your game. Therefore, you are not in any way behind. However, the constant references to her having a penis (reading simply as an observer, I don't know how your conversation was going before that) is kind of weird. Regardless, time heals all wounds. Pick this conversation up again some other time, reset. In a few days give her the old "OMG! Guess what!"..."Do you have a twin?"

If a girl is messaging me back, either good or bad, I'm not far behind, I have her attention and interest, it's just a matter of me responding in a way that normal guys don't. If you're actually interested in this girl, there is no value in quitting. You can always come back.
