I think that she is giving me a token resistence but i don't want to creep her out by asking for the IM again. any opinions?

Well since she complimented you on you aba, you could say something like "Thanks for the compliment, you look (hot, pretty, etc.) yourself, but you know looks are only skin deep, so what else do you have going for your self beside looks?"
