hey I'm going on a date on Friday would you like to hang out on Saturday?

You have to convey excitement for Sat.

If she says Sat is ok don't respond right away. Make her stew on her decision, she will think you're having second thoughts about meeting her. You have just turned the table on her.

It doesn't seem like she sees any value in you. You have to fuck with her mind and let her know she is second to everything else in your life. Once she realizes that you will notice her getting more and more desperate to meet you.
