Next time, give her a date and time. If it's her and her friend, you might want to invite a wing man. So you say something like
"Hey, my buddy and I are playing xbox on "sunday/monday". It'll be fun, you guys should come". This way, you show you're planning to have fun anyway irrespective of whether she comes or not"

Now, you can just tell her when you're planning to play and ask her to come on that date
