I have a fairly attractive land lord who I rent from and I thought it would be fun to game her out to a date.

Everything up until this point has been related to rent/payments due, but now I want to reframe and get her on a date when I go back to Los Angeles.


Begining text after her texting me this morning:

Me: Did you get squared on rent with xxx? I sent payment yesterday.
Her: How much did u sand?
Me: xxx
Her: U sent it to xxx?
Her: Cause its not in my account

Me: He set up a website to pay it.i would contact him since he is handling property mgmt.
Me: it was paid yesterday, however.

Me: How r u?
Me: Hope u had a good 4th of July

Her: I am good. U?



Where do I go from here? She seems really nice, Armenian chick, wouldn't mind taking things slow and steady
