I was using a female profile on Tinder as a test. There were loads of matches and she was an 8. The picture wasnt showing boobs or arse just a nice face She got alot of matches like 30-40 a day! But not many guys actually talked, infact only very few of them.

So what's going on here? Change of heart? Maybe it was that she never looked easy enough? Maybe they have other girls who are hotter? Or do some guys think women should start a conversation?

I have seen a lot of girls profiles state don't swipe unless you will talk.

Always wondered why a guy would match a girl then not talk. Any insight?

I've done the same and got a very diffident result. I got messages like crazy and endless matches.

A few reasons for your case :
• suspect it's probably a fake profile/bot (which is true)
• they don't have their notifications on their smart phone set up
• tinder is an app, it's user in a very casual manor compared to the traditional dating websites
• you probably don't have Instagram integrated too. When I see the Instagram, I know they ain't a bot
• I have heard that if you sync it to a fake Facebook without any legit activity, it does all sorts within the algorithm that effects your rankings and matches
