I am learning more and more phrases, but still pretty difficult without playing Pictionary
What would be a cool way to say "I only speak English", without DLV?

I would keep everything in English. You want to be on a date where you can talk with the girl, right?
You can also use this when you're talking to a girl with very basic English skills: "I teach you English if you teach me your language." Exchange numbers for studying in cafe...living in Vietnam and it works very well.
