I just met a girl on Facebook and after a quite short conversation, she offered me her number and she said she's off to a friend.
After a few hours I texted her.

Me: Knock knock.
Her: Who are you?
Me: The mysterious guy from Facebook. :p
Her: Ahh...
Me: So, how are you...?
Her: With the girls. You?
Me: On the same wavelength.

After few minutes, I sent her a new message.
Me: Do you like strawberries?
She: No
Me: which means you're choleric. :p
She: What's that?
Me: You get angry quickly, maybe you're a bit conceit :p

Then she didn't replied back. Basically what should I do now? SMS her back lately on, when she's probably at home, or let it go? I'm not that interested in the girl, I went talking to her on Facebook with the thought of experiment and got her number pretty quick, she's HB 9, but I am not so interested in her.

Tongue faces should be used at the peak of the interaction, not the beginning, or when it's a bit stale.
Calling yourself mysterious only works if she thinks you are.
'So, how are you?' and 'Do you like strawberries?' - showing you are trying to keep the conversation going when it's looking bleak - even after she hasn't replied
'On the same wavelength' - what does that even mean? If anything a conversation killer, shot yourself in the foot there.
Then you said she's a bit conceit - it should have been conceited - and that was NOT the right time for a neg

Plus the fact you texted her when she was with her friends was a bad idea. Make her wait!

Just a few pointers based on what you've said. Go for HB6-8's, they're usually easier to practice on

4's and 5's are a different game than 8's and 9's. I actually think the hardest girls to get are smart 7's. The hottest girls you just neg playfully and they eat it up.

I would say, make a fake facebook profile in a different state, country, whatever, and then play with that. Don't do anything creepy, but just practice.
