I have not read/seen her profile but just out of curiosity, do you know anything about Jazz or Jazz Music? I ask, because what if she replied: "Yes I do!" or "I wouldn't put it on my profile if I didn't!"

See where I'm coming from? Your question added no value to her life and asked a question that was already answered in her profile.

Personally I wouldn't get into that personal stuff till a couple texts deeper but if I decided to I would have gone more like this:

"Jazz singer huh? I tend to lean towards XX band. Is that similar to the style of music you're creating?"

This shows you genuinely have some knowledge which is a DHV and if she don't know "XX band" she will certainly look them up which means you enhanced her life. Understand the idea here?

Hey, thanks for the reply. Her profile listed Jazz as an interest. This line ""Jazz singer huh? I tend to lean towards XX band. Is that similar to the style of music you're creating?" seems cool, and I should've really used something similar. I understand the idea, but I struggle to come up with such lines myself and end up saying the lines that thousands of other guys are saying. Do we have any sample routines for online sarging that are generic for all HBs ?

Plenty of "Flirty Text message" examples on this site as well as on the WWW...Once you start understanding it, it will come more naturally. Keep pushing yourself, it will come together!
