My question is, following the direct approach idea, where should I go from here, escalate into a number close, ask for a date, what?

That seems like a lot, is it working?

I have spammed it out with the headline "Do you have 38 seconds" (something I got from internet marketing copy) to 30 girls so far and have 10 responses. I am going to try it with some other headers to see if that makes a difference. I'm more concerned with where to go from there at the moment
