I get a few visitors a day, and a few messages per day from different women.

Sometimes, I'll message women, they'll check out my profile, but I'll get no reply back. So this lead to me thinking there could be a few things that I could improve on my profile.

I may have used small snippets of things from other PUA's, but made it so it was more of a real representation of me.

Just checked out your profile dude, it's actually pretty good, and the fact that you're being proactively messaged by a few girls a day reflects that. As for girls not responding, the average response rate is 1 in 3 - sounds like you're doing a fair bit better than that.

First thing I'd do is make your third photo the lead profile pic - it's much better than the one you've got at the moment.

I'd also take out the "I will make you get wet... with my squirt gun!" part - I see what you're getting at, but "squirt gun" also sounds too much like an innuendo . It's best to avoid any kind of overly sexual comments in your profile or first few messages, just because girls on dating sites are inundated with messages from creeps talking dirty to them right off the bat.

I'd up-play the "what I'm looking for" part (though lose the part about looking for a stunningly beautiful girl) - displaying choosiness on your profile is a massive turn-on because it implies you have value. Also, up-play the fact that you want to be a doctor - what girl doesn't get her panties wet over that??

I honestly wouldn't worry about your profile so much but rather the messages you send. I was just experimenting the other day with openers and a pretty much blank picture-less profile and I was able to facebook close three women.
