I've received a lot of emails recently about canned openers and routines that yield high response rates.

Typically, guys are emailing me, frustrated that they are receiving an initial response, sometimes a second email, and then the girl goes MIA.

Most successful canned openers which ask provocative questions or make provocative statements are a type of Flash Game. Flash Game looks impressive. It evokes, as in real life, an emotional, positive reaction out of the target. This is GREAT in real life, as you can enter into a room, approach women and get their body language to change drastically and quickly in such a way that they appear to be very interested in you; demonstrating pre-selection.

However, this emotion is short-lived. In real life it tends to lead to buyer's remorse. You may get the phone number, but she might not pick up the phone. Online, she'll respond to the first few emails and then flake out.

I don't endorse using Flash Game in an opening email for this reason. You're never sure if the girl is interested in you or just the material.

I have seen it most successfully used in online game as a way of pinging the target. You can get an idea of whether the person is ready to be opened by you by copy-pasting these flashy openers to the target. From there, however, you will need to transition away from flash game into something real. Namely,
1. Qualifying the target
2. Qualifying yourself
Its only then that you'll learn whether the girl is ready to party with you.

Flash game may result in being perceived as fun from the get-go, which is a plus, but its not very economical. You won't know if the girl is actually interested in meeting until long after the first message.
