I'm pretty good at getting sweet girls and artsy girls, and younger girls are no problem. But chicks my age with an edge to them are still a level or two ahead.

I have an idea where I'd like to take this one, but I'm looking for suggestions. Chick's profile said she could lick her elbow, that she did yoga, and that funny = super hot. I know, my opener is shitty, but it worked so fuck you.

I kind of suspect you're hoping someone will contribute with a witty one-liner. Its not a bad way to go if you want to have some repartee back and forth online; but I suspect you want to meet this woman in person, so I think its time to up your game.

Drop the long tongue thing. Dismiss it, call her a cheater, whatever. Then, qualify yourself, and her. If she has given you an indication as to why she might fit in well to your lifestyle, draw attention to it. (IE-- I see you say that you're good at math, you could come in handy. I would always let you figure out how much to tip the waiter)

You might build up a small amount of comfort with a back and forth like this, but it won't get you very far unfortunately. Transition out of it ASAP, or you'll end up a penpal who gets dropped.

BTW, OKTrends released an article a while back on the perfect length for an opening email. Basically, the longer the better. For best results from quality women, you'll want a canned email with a line of two that you tailor to their profile.

Actually, that is the kind of tip I was looking for. I can come up with witty one liners all by myself, but then that's all the conversation will be (although I never thought to just call her a cheater). This is really helpful, and why I posted in the first place.
