Hi,

so I meat this girl on a dating site and we talked for a while. Then I got her FB and we chatted there even more. She was talkative and always initiated the conversation and even send me kisses xxx when we said goodnight So I gave her my number but she didn't give me hers even though I didnt ask for it directly. After a few days I asked her for a date and she said blah blah blah ok on sunday. on Friday though I asked for her number and she refused to give it to me so I said no prob, she says she is carefull of people that she meets online. On saturday she was chatting to me again but on Sunday when we were suppose to get together we were both online but none of us initiated conversation.

From there on she started talking to me again for a few days and then stoped initiating conversation. All these on FB.

I am not in the mood for chatting all the time online so I am kind of ignoring her at the moment.

Should I ask her out again?

Maybe she only added you on facebook to see what your "social" life is like....maybe she's the type of girl that will keep you on facebook until all her other options run out, then she'll contact you and talk about a date.

Most likely she just isn't comfortable enough to meet you and talk to you on the phone.....so just talk to her, don't keep asking her out yet...if you put too much pressure on her for a date shes just going to end up ignoring you.. just talk to her like you would any other female friend...gotta build comfort..continue being funny and flirty...but dont overdue it yet...see how shit goes, if it doesnt move forward then just stop talking to her

I'd say throw her on the backburner for now. That facebook is a powerful tool. Use your statuses to make it look like you're doing important things and possibly seeing other chicks, just don't make it look like your a total asshole either. Remember, you're the prize, not her, so make her see it that way.

I agree with Bill, but I would also add that it is incredibly frustrating, but a good number of girls online are there for an ego boost, and have no real intention of ever meeting anyone, or only meeting an exclusive few.

Unless this girl is a ten, I don't see how its worth it to keep asking her out. Just find another woman who isn't a PITA!
