This is my script I follow when talking to girls on omegle to get what me and my friends call a "B-Close" or when the girl shows you her boobs.

I wrote it all last night, and have had little time to field test it, but I call it the "Five Minute Drill," because its meant to work in 5 minutes.

1. Opener. Now because every single person is a dick, i usually say "Hey, I'm glad you're not a dick." She will laugh at this.
2. Neg/Tease. Because she laughed, or said something to her friend, say "Your nose wrinkles when you laugh/talk, its really cute"
3. Qualify Step 1. Get her name. Say "What's your name, dork?" or "You guys are such dorks, whats your names?"
4. Qualify Step 2. Actually qualify in this step. Say something like "Omg haha my ex has the same name! Oh, she was trouble. You better not be trouble (insert name). Anyway, I'm ____"
5. Qualify Step 3. This step lets us lead to playing a game. I don't have a good transition for this yet, but I just flat out ask them "Hey (name), are you fun?" wait for her response (its always yes) then ask "Are you spontaneous?" the answers are always yes because she said she was fun.
6. Step towards the B-Close. I usually introduce the game here. I say "alright, then i gotta game for you. Truth or dare?" Now, many girls dont understand that im asking them to pick one, not asking if they want to play the game. If they think im asking them to play the game, ill tease them about it and call them a dork. (Btw, i've noticed that when you call a girl a dork, it triggers something inside her that makes her realize you're flirting.)

Now for truth or dare, I've got several Truths and Dares prepared. Feel free to add your own in the responses.

Truths:
-What are your top three lesbian experiences?
-If we were in a room alone together, what would you do to me?

Dares:
-Kiss your friend for at least 3 seconds.
-Take your shirt off.

Now, many girls won't want to take off their shirts. This is when you do the 5 lies game by Style. It works every time. Seriously. It's like magic.

Since you're playing truth or dare, the target will make you do a truth or dare, but you want to always match their responses. Also, if they pick truth twice in a row, I always neg them on being boring and use my qualification from earlier.

Now one other big point in this is LMR. I know, theres no sex in this. But the LMR online is the girl being reluctant to showing her boobs to you. I have yet to find a good technique to beat this besides building more rapport and attraction.

One last close i like using is a Facebook close, since number closes won't go anywhere from Omegle. (unless she lives close!) This close is super easy, just say "What's your last name? I'm gonna FB stalk you." A FB close lets you have more FB friends that are girls, which adds social proof, but very little. It's still something nice to build over the long run, though.

Body Language! I completely forgot to talk about this. Anyway, you want to be smiling, just like you would in a real life opener. And you usually want to be sitting in a chair, leaning back, and watching TV while sarging. You want to portray interest in them, but not constant interest. Check your phone every few minutes, talk to your friend who's in the room, etc. Make sure they know that you have other things that you're doing at the same time.
