Maybe she is genuinely interested in you, so instead of psychoanalyzing her and you are no Freud at that, carry on a normal, good conversation with her.

I just don't see where this is going. I proposed meeting her the first time and it hasn't materialized into anything. Do I ask a 3rd time? I don't get it. She's showing interest in texting but not a meetup?
