fb game - adding new friends

Hey guys,
I have a question
when your adding a new hb to fb friends, and they send a message that says " Sorry, I dont mean to be rude, but how do we know each other?" should this be considered an ioi?

(my profile's set to go, pics with social proof, pics with with hb's etc, info is inticing,etc.)

Simple answer. No. They are just curious to why a total random added them.

if you have enough (there seems to be an optimum number around 4+ ) mutual friends, you usually get to avoid those difficult questions. Even if you don't technically know the mutual friends!
