i have been using tagged and myspace along with other sites for a few months now
and i have been getting 0 luck. i have sent out hundreds of messages to girls and they usually dont ever respond back and if they do i ask for their number and they make excuses. am i doing something wrong or are girls just really picky?

There's a million reasons why, and I don't know that it's even worth going through all the contingencies. Could be just the sites you're on - I've never heard of tagged and as far as myspace goes, everyone I talk to uses Facebook only and they talk disparagingly about myspace. . Kinda sucks to have to keep changing sites, but that's the slippery slope you get on when you jump into technology - everything new is obsolete by the time it comes around to you and me.

I don't use any of those sites for meeting women online. I've had the best luck with women from Match.com and eHarmony, but those cost money to join and use.

I'd hazard a guess that your problem is you have no social proof going on. Sites like myspace at least, are more of a "this is me, here's my life" type affairs. ie they illustrate your life - and it's not called social networking for nothing u know!

what you don't have:
pictures of you out and about with other people/girls
pictures of you doing stuff or evident that you've done stuff, been places
lots of top friends
layout style
comments
comments from other girls
comments from your top friends, some of which are girls
evidence of comment conversations ie social interraction
more blurb
blogs


ie if it doesn't appear like you're a socially networked, interacting guy people will assume you're not. It's all about congruence, you can't be sending out forward/cocky messages and at the same time look profile wise like a nobody!

oh and i have used match for a few weeks, sent out atleast 30ish messages i got 2 replys and 1 ended and met up with one and it didnt end anywhere just hung out at school. but my profile was half assed and had a few pics up.

What kinds of messages are you sending? Hot girls may get up to 50 a day, and even less attractive ones can get a lot of them. If your subject line and initial comments don't seriously stand out, your messages probably won't even get read.

That's AFC material, my friend. You need material that really stands out somehow -- whether it's funny, challenging, cocky, or creative. Check out these threads for some examples:

There are a number of other threads with more. Scan around, find something that either suits your personality and that of the girls you're targeting, or use those patterns as inspiration to develop your own.

Every message you send needs to say something interesting (without coming off as try-hard). That's how you make them interested in you. Until you give them reason to be attracted to you, you're just another nice guy bugging them.
