All very well that *some* women/girls have the bitch shield and are actually nice people underneath. I think you've swallowed the myth that all females are NICE and SWEET and if you only approach them correctly they will be yours. Any failure is YOUR fault and has NOTHING to do with your 'target'. It's utter bullshit. Accept this - *some* girls/women ARE bitches. It is NOT a shield and you're seeing their true personality. It is NOTHING to do with how they are approached. Some females are bottomless pits of unhappiness and bitterness. Anyone who's had a bad LTR will vouch for this. There is NOTHING you can do for those types other than identify and avoid.

I gotta agree with skypirate1965. While I understand the bitch shield theory and it is true for many girls, some girls are just bitches. Haven't you ever dated or had a friend date a girl that acted like she was better then all of your friends and talks down to them? That's not a bitch shield, that's a bitch and if you have any respect for your friends you will dump her faster then she can say, "I deserve better anyways", because that's what she will say, because she's a bitch.
