I think flybeta is assuming she has a boyfriend, I don't think she straight up told him. It seems like it was just a flake and flybeta needs to improve his flake rate.

Ok, for this situation ignore the boyfriend. If she wants to see you she'll agree to meet with you. However if she doesn't want to see you, you need to create more comfort and rapport with her. Tell her what your intentions are so you don't waste time on her if she's never going to cheat or breakup with her boyfriend. If she's still talking to you start running some boyfriend destroyer material.

nope she has a bf, but I guess their fighting every now and then. No movie yet she flaked that day, she said she still wants to go though. Really no big deal to me I either go or go out go have fun with my friends.
