Hey, I've seen 2 videos of the online dating series with DD where they said a picture without a shirt is a big Turnoff mostly.

I was wondering if this is really true, I mean, I know women get crazy of a guy with abs. So I'm not sure if It could be a real turnoff, I mean it's certainly a turnoff for some of them but still, I think lots of them (especially younger women like 18-25) would love it.

I wanted to know your opinion on this.

If you put up pics of yourself posing shirtness it looks like youre showing off and trying to get attention. I did that once and no girls commented at all.

Pictures of yourself hanging out at the beach/pool with friends and your shirt is off its in a social context. Its instant social proof and more people look because theyre curious what you do for fun and who you hang out with; at the same time covertly inviting girls to come check out your bod.

Yeah I guess so, I think girls are more naive than we men for that stuff. I mean, if we see a picture of someone shirtless we know he just posted it to show it off even if it's a picture of him at the beach socializing.

Actually its more than anything its guys that are naive in general. Most girls know a guy is showing off when he posts a topless picture of himself when its not a picture of him at the beach.

I wouldn't even post a topless picture from the beach. Men's Health once performed a test to check which men women found most attractive - shirtless or with a t-shirt. Almost all the women chose the t-shirt guys.

Besides, if you are fit, it'll show through your clothes. It's pretty easy to notice who has a good body under their shirt and who doesn't. And if you don't give it all away for free from the beginning, they'll want it more.

It might work on the dumb skanks.

Classy women will be turned off.

One way to get around it is to take a pic of you at different dates and comment: "I've been hitting the gym and working out"... use the excuse of tracking your workouts.

A friend of mine has.. a lot of dp's with his shirt off and he gets a consistent amount of girls and decent amount of f-closes (I remember him telling me he's fucked about 10 girls?.. He's 17 btw).

If you think about it, there wouldn't be any problem with taking your shirt off. It's kind of like a form of.. (reverse? o.o) peacocking and would only get a girl's attention, either in a bad or good way.. it would only attract the type of girl that you would be looking for.. i.e. horny girls lusting for a man's bod..

Just think about what you want.
If you want a one night stand, then show off yourself. Most likely you will only attract shallow girls only interested in the body. Besides you come off as arrogant (hot, yes) but arrogant.
My friends all say, that a guy does attract more attention (especially if he's ripped), but it tells them it looks as if he was very arrogant and showing off.
Which is a turn on.
If you want something shallow, sex only, then do it.
