Guys- What is the protocol with friending a girl on facebook? Is it a sign of being too needy if you do this? Also is it better to A) Not friend her and write her a message B) Friend her AND write a message or C) Only friend her?

I know this is a lot to mull over but what has worked for you guys? I've found that friending a girl tends to get me less interest from the her- its like an admission that I'm interested...although this might not be a bad thing either. Thoughts?

have u talked to the girl in real life before adding her on facebook? what i do is if a girl shows me interest after talking to her for a while ill add her on facebook a few days later. If i number close, kclose, or fclose a girl ill add her on facebook a day after closing. also if yall had a good conversation about something it is a good idea to write this in a message or on her wall. usually after i add on facebook the interest becomes greater. i think my facebook is well put together.

if im not sure if she has interest or she doesnt show interest i wont add her.

if i havent talked to a girl in real life i definitely wont add her. i think that adding a girl on facebook before u have had any interaction makes it look like u are scared to talk to her in person.
