Well issa doesn't have any real meaning as far as I am concerned, it's just a way of stimulating interest.

what I want to know is how to respond..

I am thinking something along the lines of:

"Hey, yeah Issa, interesting, sexy, smart and ap for a good laugh Why, do you think you match up?

What can you tell me that your pictures cant?"

The last bit was clearly plagiarised from this site somewhere.
