Anyone got any tips on how i can get a number close on this before we start getting too friendly. This is an HB8 that i'm talking to on OKCupid.com so its a dating website that i've been playing with.

HER: Hey --- I'm ----. My weekend was fun, I had 4 days off of work so that was awesome! lol

ME: It was a lot of fun. I had 4 days off too. Went to a party for new years and went to the Laker game on Friday night. My friend got really good tickets so we were really close and were having a good time.
What did you do for new years eve?

HER: Aw lucky. I wanted to go to a Laker game. They're my favorite team but I love football more
Well I went to a club for new years. It was fun, got drunk, met some cool people. Now it's back to work

HER: Well I guess I was a bad girl cause all I got was a lump of coal! haha just kidding. I got money, gift cards and my Green Bay jacket that I wanted! Yes, yes I love Green Bay. I have since I was little girl and even though my Brett left, i'm still a fan
I'm sure you're happy about the chargers winning last saturday. That was a good game.
So what did you get for christmas?

ME: You must have been bad this year if santa brought you a Green Bay jacket Just kidding SD was a good game. I hope they make it this year. Last year was a little disappointing since they came so close.
For Christmas I got a little bit of money and some DVD's. Not much but I don't, I like giving at christmas time more than getting stuff. Like I got my sister some Juicy perfume and shower stuff that she really likes and she was so happy.

HER: Hahaha! Aww leave my green bay alone
Yea, i'm not sure if SD can take on the Steelers this week but I guess we'll see.
Well I feel the same way about gifts. I don't care too much about christmas as much as I did when I was little. Now it's all about giving gifts to my niece and nephews and my parents.

Hey man, hope you don't take this the wrong way or anything, just thought I'd post my thoughts.

Seems that you are heading straight to the friend zone here. There's no real C/F, cat string theory, etc your making things too easy for here. Think you should be mixing things up a bit more, keep her on her toes.

There also doesn't seem to be any attraction building going on. Though one positive thing is that in spite of all this she still seems keen and comfortable talking to you. Maybe best to turn your game up a notch before she puts you in the friend zone for good and you will forever be a non sexual entity in her life!!

So any good responses anyone can think of to help me out and step it up with her.

I would work on a good response to her question about your work. Perhaps something she will know is completely preposterous, like a astronaut, street corner bum, super spy, ass model. etc. She's likely to go along, or if for some reason she believes you, you could poke fun at her for being gullible. Make it fun and show some personality, maybe DHV and get her to qualify herself.

HER: LOL the kind of guys I go for don't need to have a certain look but they know how to dress well. i like a guy that has a great sense of humor, smart, hard working, fun, easy going.
