20mins later i saw in my sent folder that the last message was read but not replied to, and no friend request sent. So i think may have AFCed and sent one last message for the night. This one wasnt read.

She may have logged out after she read your message and hadn't accepted your friends request. But beside that I won't say you AFCed it but more lost your mojo, if that made any sense. You started off good but then it just went down hill from there. The chat didn't seem to be going anywhere fast and you didn't grab her attention either. She most probably viewed you as another guy she has chatted to on the internet. From the chat log it is hard to say if she will respond and/or accept your friends request.
