so i friended a girl on facebook by doing the poke thing, and send a message saying "it's not safe to poke strangers..." blah blah blah, etc.

and this girl responded and her and i have been talking back and forth, she friended me and we've been chatting a bit, so on and so forth.

in her profile pic she is with a guy, and i feel like i have good gaydar, and just assumed he was gay.

well, last night i was drunk, left her a comment on her wall, and (didn't remember doin this one) i commented on a picture of her and her supposedly gay guy friend while they were at a halloween party in costumes, and then this morning i went on facebook (because i spend way too much fuckin time on facebook anyway, lol) and this guy friended me...

so i'm like, whatever, its her friend, i'll be nice because i assume he'd want to protect her. i look at his profile, and it says he's interested in men... no surprise there really.

so, what's the difference between a girl's friend that's another girl or a girl's gay friend? i assume he's figured out that i'm interested in her, as i'm sure she has too .

make fun of her saying "are you a homo or something, what you doin with a gay guy?" obviously its a joke. and erm u probly no dis oredy but dont spend too much time or write very long mss on her face book. and try taking things to the next level otherwise you risk ending in the friends zone

I treat gay guys I don't know pretty much like I would a female friend of the target. Don't see him as an obstacle, make an ally out of him! I sometimes even do a bit of harmless flirting with them (but keep it friendly and low key so he doesn't think it's actually him you want lol)... I can say stuff like "nice shirt, where did you get that? I'll have to check out that store!". It has worked pretty good for me so far (not that the whole situation has occured that often, but anyways ). Get him on your good side and he will help you win the girl. he will ask her stuff like "when are you going out with that cute guy? Oh, he's so.. meow!" Getting validation from gay friends works the same way as it does when female friends to the target is attracted to you. "My friends desire him, thus he's desirable"
