I believe on Facebook you can change how your name is display so that only your first name or a nick name is displayed. And not your last name.

Laugh it off, and turn it around. Get her to explain herself and put her on the defensive. Not just her name (that was an example) find something to question her on (or neg in MM speak).

I agree about trying another opener. Ones where they cant answer with 'yes' or 'no' seem to open best.
