I haven't found any threads like this so I'm making one.

I want to discuss certain jobs that help with game. For example I got a job as a salesman in a girl/guy clothing store (even though we have like 5 girls for every 1 guy that comes in).

Anyways so interacting with women who need help picking out clothes has helped me with my ability to carry a conversation.

I also have to sell the stores card when I work the register. This has helped me with the anxiety of opening a set, because I have to try and convince them to buy the card, and just asking them almost never works.

Sometimes I work the entrance where I say hi to every customer that comes in. I also have to tell them the sales we have. At first some of them would tune out but I have learned how to keep them interested in what I have to say.

Working with a bunch of girls has also helped me to practice my game.

I wrote about this many months ago.

I used to be the kind of guy who's full of pride.

"I would never do this type of work,bla bla bla...".

Thanks to the community,I've let the pride go.

I had a job(years ago)working at a gigantic-department store.

I dont even remember what the position's called but I was the guy who collected people's bags from previous stores and I'd store them until they exited our store.

Literally each day I was interracting with hundreds of women and people.

I felt demeaning at first;I thought people would laugh at me.

But to my surprise,I never got humiliaed nor laughed at.

In fact,I was hit on constantly by girls.

I remember a girl came in,handed me her bags and said she has French fries in 1,so if they get cold by the time she's leaving,she's gonna personally hold me responsible(lol).

Flirty/neggish lines like those were common from women.

That job,which I only had for 3 months,forced me to be social.
