Self conscience about how my voice sounds?

The only time i'm really worried how my voice sounds is when I'm talking on the phone with a stranger/someone I don't know any well.
I mean can you really judge a person just based on their voice?

the worst thing is when I talk in my gaming headset I can hear myself back, and it's a announce of mine.

Just looking for advice/encouragement or facts.

Got the same problem.
It helps to talk slow, but in a firm voice, but don't force it.

I was thinking of getting some speech coach or something to get a sexier voice.

And yes inner game, you shouldn't care. But it's easier said than done, changing beliefs.
