Ha here we are again with this question bugging me! If I go out with a friend who is confident of me and wants me to do well with a girl or girls in general- my neediness evaporates and I become immediately attractive to girls just like that. The question is how to do this going out on my own! So many points seem to be satisfied just by going out with someone who wants me to do well with girls compared with me going out on my own it seems impossible I will ever get this success on my own. Trouble is I've seen how easy it is with someone compared to being on my own that I have trouble believing I can do this on my own. Being 40 Its not that easy to find guys my own age to go out with who are single to give me the encouragement I seem to need but why do I need it in the first place if only to make this a lot easier?

Going out alone is tough when you first get started.

Tips to make it easier;

Force yourself to do it and get out of your comfort zone
Accept that it is going to feel weird the first couple times
Take it as a challenge that can be over come
Give it time to get good
Being able to go out by yourself allows you to make any night fun, even if your friends are busy.

Tips for when your out;
Get into sets right away. Don't get seen by yourself.
Make your first set your safety set, even if they are less attractive.
If asked "did u come by yourself?" Just say my friend just left or oh just left work and wanted a drink.
Have fun. Have fun. Have fun.
Go to plenty of different venues. Going to a new place is like starting the night over.
