Figure out what you feel you need to work on. Search the forums on the subject, read, study, apply.

So, if you have approach anxiety, do a search and see how others overcome their anxiety. If you don't know what to say to women, look in the openers and approaches part and see if anyone has any good tips.

The answer to both are the same. If you have approach anxiety, have a problem talking to anyone, then run a search on approach anxiety. People here in this forum have some really good tips for overcoming anxiety.

Out the top of my head, for approach anxiety, you should try speaking to every single person you pass while walking. Go to a mall, walk around, smile and say hello to each and every single person you pass. You'd be amazed at how many people smile back without you even saying a word, then say hello back after you speak to them. Smiles are contagious and it's just plain rude to ignore someone when they've spoken to you.
