Ok guys here's just a few points you need to know to get over your Approach Anxiety and to help you boost your confidence and gain a greater inner game...

First of All it doesn't matter WHAT you say when you Approach an HB.... It's all about how you say it and how you come accross! You need to be confident and fearless to help you get into the mindset, just think of something that you really enjoy doing and something that puts you in a good mood, and something that makes you feel really great about yourself! Be that work, driving, working out in the gym, playing a musical instrument, or listening to music! Music is it a great way to get yourself into this Zone! Always be yourself but when you get in your zone, you can be the best you that you can possibly be! I find it very natural and easy to get into this state while sarging, I sing in a band and live on the fear that anything could go wrong at any moment, and I like to think on my feet, when I approach I treat the target like I treat my audience, I approach and engage and then attract then you build a rapport by finding common interests and close, they're the basic steps to Seduction correct me if I'm wrong! Using other tools like NLP, and Kino escalation is for the pros so just take it one step at a time!

So once you are in you're state, you need to put yourself over as the guy everyone wants to be around! You're the guy the chicks wanna BE WITH and the Guys wanna BE! The best way to come accross as a confident Alpha Male is purely posture, Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, shoulders back, chest out and chin up! Imagine youself standing with your back against a wall and really being as straight as you can, like someone is holding your head up with a piece of string at the very top of your head and its running through your whole body! And don't forget to smile PLEASE! If you're smiling from the moment you walk into your selected venues for sarging, you'll stand out, you look like fun and you look non-threatening, AND you'll start to even feel more confident and feel better about yourself try it!

So once you've worked on posture and SMILING (I really can't emphasise this enough) its time to select a target... This is down to you its your taste in chicks that will decide whether you want a skinny chick, tall chick, a blonde, a brunnette, a redhead, a chick with piercings, tatoos, armpit hair whatever just get it done then Approach! If you do not approach your target within 3 seconds you will be thinking about it all night, Fuck Fear! Fear makes us feel alive, if you get rejected so what? If she's a bitch to you and really cuts you down so what? She's obviously not good enough for your company! you really have nothing to fear in field! Yes you will get told things like "Oh, I have a boyfriend" or "Sorry I'm a Lesbian"...

So approach, relaxed, confident, remember your posture, if you're unsure what to do with your hands (never fidget, it's a sign of weakness and unease, just relax) simply hold them at your sides, or better yet clasp your hands together, this way it's easier to Gesture with your hands! This is great for engaging a group because it shows you have character! And use variations in your voice too, think of guys who are famous who are good with women, Robbie Williams, George Clooney, Colin Farrell they're all really engaging and interesting people because they use Alpha Body Language as I explained above and use they're hands in a conversation and vary the speed, tone and pitch of their voice!

Just open with something as simple as "Hi, I couldn't help noticing you over here so I just had to come introduce myself" it's that simple, and it's Alpha, and it's DHV'ing your making out like it could benefit her to know who you are! You could use opinion openers: "Hi, I need a female take on this, BLAH BLAH BLAH" this way you come in under the radar and if this HB 10 does have a boyfriend or blows you off you just say "I was just trying to have a simple conversation with you, don't flatter youself that I was trying to pick you up"

JUST GO AND TALK TO HER!
