Can someone have no social anxiety whatsover and have approach anxiety? Or have no approach anxiety and have social anxiety?

Absolutely, and it's pretty common. Approach anxiety is just stage fright while social anxiety is usually a fear of intimacy. Very different and independent concepts.

Some people can speak or perform in front of large crowds easily, but have no close friends. In fact, disassociation with people can make this task easier.

Others have many close friends, but are nervous speaking in front of strangers. In this case, their people-oriented nature may be too strong.
