This is an interesting post. I guess you are seeing a pyschologist and relaying the info out here for others.

I was going to create my own thread and ask for advice (and I still might do so). But I thought I would go off of what you have begun.

I found 'the game' a few years ago, improved, had good results. However, my problem was incosistency. The incosistency occurred due to mental problems.

I find myself now about two years later, getting ready to enroll in an IOP (intensive outpatient) program. I have had a lot of concussions, which I know have taken there toll.

Either way, I know that I need professional help, as well as I need to help myself. If anyone else is in a similar boat, and/or can offer advice on "Inner Game", I could really use it.

I'm looking for anything that can help someone going through mental turmoil/inner game issues SPAM.
