When I woke up this morning I wasn't in the mood for anything.. I could stayed on TV all day but I knew that I must do something so I forced myself to get up..
Even if you are depressed try to go sarging... the first 2 sets will be a failure since your energy level will be low but you will enter in a good mood... so the other sets will be a win
So if you're depressed try to game in field or even online
Before every pick up i watch some videos that motivates me like "Keys to the VIP" "The Pick Up Artist"
And there's a book that i highly recommend "Who moved my cheese ?" by Johnson Spencer (One of the best books that motivates you...it’s a short story about mice and human )
