Im avoidant because Im not sure my breath is fresh enough to talk close to someone. I've been like this since ages. Anyone in a similar situation?

breathRX is an expensive mouth wash ($13 a bottle) that's well worth it, also make sure to eat and drink water because it's probably being caused by halitosis. getting a tongue scraper will also help.

Brush your teeth more often, don't eat garlic and use chewing gum. If you do this and you are still scared, go over to some friends and ask them if you smell. You don't have friends ? Well, then ask your mother, father, brothers, sisters, ...

A good indicator to having bad breath is to stick your tongue out as far as you can and then lick one of your forearms with it (as far back on the tongue as you can), then wait 10 seconds and smell it. If it smells bad you have bad breah. You probably could have bad breath even if your tongue doesnt smell like shit though.

Brush your teeth more often, and for a longer period of time; when you brush also scrub your tongue but try not to puke. Then chew some of that fancy teeth cleaning gum I've heard so much about.
