I'm 15 and i was out with my older cousin who is about 20. I told him i wanted to go to the mall so i can overcome my AA. So when we got to the mall as soon as we walked in he said to me, "you see that girl over there just go talk to her, if her response is negative just dont say a word and walk away". I was sooo nervous because this girl was around 17 or 18 and she was about an 8. I walked up to her pumped and ready i said "Hey, do you know where le chateau for men is?" She looked down at me (im 5'5) and said no while making this gay face, so i walked away. Even though i didnt close or anything i still feel so good because i overcame my fear, and now i feel like i can go up to any girl knowing i could get turned down but not caring.

If you get rejected you feel horrible. May not be the case with you, but keep in mind all the great PUAs have and still probably do get rejected at some time. The key is to get value from your life and not from girls or success in what you are doing. I read this in a book, a coach from UCLA told his players to not show their emotion whether they won or loss. He wanted them to be happy with their lives and not their skills or success. That team set record holding scores and records at UCLA and were fantastic basketball team. _________________ Do unto others as you would do unto them.
