I was at a bar last night and the waitress was flirting with me. Maybe trying to secure a nice tip, but I had several ioi's. She initiated touching , flirting, giving the puppy dog look ect. I pretended not to care, looking over my shoulder to talk. After it got busy, and we slowed our drinking, she got cold. I went to number close and she told me it was too soon. Now she also told me she had just broke up with her ex. Maybe this was the case or maybe she was just working a tip. My wing told me that I should have number closed when she was at her emotional high in the conversation. What do you think?

It depends on how you number close and her "buying temp" and a dozen other things that we couldn't know. Your exact situation varies per person per their situation per your game per etc...

In general though, I mention that I am doing something later in the week and she should join after 3-5 IOI's and 2 DHV's. If she stays around long enough to hurt her own tips while listening to your DHV... that is an instant heavy IOI and you should #close immediately.
