First. Even I am happy and confident person and have no problems in talking people in the shops,
in the houseparties etc.
And I KNOW that it is fun to talk to people or that there is nothing that
could harm me and I dont give a fuck what others think. Still the fear that strikes when I'm
going to approach is so strong feeling that it beats logic. It is easy to say that just do it and go to
talk to some stranger, but when you actually is in the situation that u are going to speak to someone
AA is sometimes so strong that u are not cabable to do it.
Somehow u have to change that knowledge that it is
safe to approach people, into FEELING, that it is safe to do that.
Another thing is that when u are walking in the street and see someone in the distance and u think that
now i'm going to approach that person. It is really hard because before u are in the talking range there have been way
over 3 seconds and u have went nervous.
It's A whole another thing when u get a some sign from the girl that she would like that u approach. Example EC,
or smile or something that indicates that her energy is high and she is happy. And then it is like 1000 time easier to approach.
I give an example. Let say that u are in the train monday morning. Imagine the feeling in the train. Probably quite quiet
and low energy. Quite hard to approach.
Then when u think about saturday evening in the train. People are in talkative mood and happy. And when u come to the train u see
these happy people talking. And its so much easier to to open the set.
So actually question was just what kind of mental tools u have to remove AA, or make it easier.
Did u use NLP and if yes, then what nlp book would u recommend?
