Well it is sort of instant results. I focus on what people want to do, physical real world things, and then help to remove the blocks in the way.
Hypnotherapy is a great way to identify and work on negative issues and removing the things that are keeping you stuck. However it is not some magical overnight process and it requires the client to put time and effort into the process. Think about it like seeing a personal trainer. The trainer can help to get the client fit but essentially it is them who has to put the effort in.
