I have 9 courses and at least 40 hours of homework a week. I get pretty anti social when it comes to most things up when I'm in Toronto. Also I have LOTS of presentations, and I get these anxiety attacks because I get really nervous if it's infront of people in my class(regular public speaking I don't really care)...This stuff is really effecting my game in T,O. this semester...last semester was fine which is really confusing. When I'm back in my hometown I am always really happy and don't really care about much but relaxing and talking to people and meeting new ppl. I do have enough friends at school so i'm pretty stumped. Any psychologists out there that can help? _________________ My thoughts have feelings of their own too sometimes - Ricky TPB

In high school I didn't get home til 8pm from school, had homework that kept me up til 2 in the morning. However, I always made sure that I had half an hour of relaxation in the morning and at night. This helped so much with my stress, because it allowed for me to gather up my thoughts and put them away for a while for my body to clam down.
