My first suggestion is to seek the help of a psychiatrist. An MD, not a therapist or a counselor or anything like that. Go onto your health insurance's website and search for psychiatrists that are covered in your network then make an appointment. Hopefully, you can find one that specializes in phobias.
The faster that you get help is the faster that you can get better. Time is relevant!
Between now and your appointment, try to relax and go with the flow. If you are afraid of something, allow it, accept it, don't get stressed about. It's okay to be afraid of things, just as long as you have the drive to overcome them.
In your free time, I would suggest mediating, imagining yourself outside, relaxing, not stressed. Allow yourself to submit to the good feelings. Feel how you want to feel. You will become what you think about. _________________ Life is a game. Win.
