I am kinda stuck on this one. I have a very very mild tick that is Anxiety educed. Its not yelling profanity or smacking my head on a desk like in NBC date line.

Its just things like blinking obsessively or fidgeting. I can channel it to any action, but unfortunately it can never be passive. =(

If you can think of any subtle action that I can channel the tick to when I become anxious, something that would not make me look not confident or not "Alpha" then I would like to know.

I can't get over the fact that some people might be judging my personality because it, its really holding me back hard core.

Any ideas?

Try snapping. If people ask you why you suddenly started snapping, make sure you smile and then move into a routine, a story, or even a neg that somehow relates.

Example:
HB: Why are you snapping?
PUA: I tend to do that when I get impatient. I really have to get back to my friends you know. (False takeaway.)

Another:
HB: Why are you snapping?
PUA: I was trying to find the beat at which your eyes are blinking you can easily tell a variety of things about someone; simply from their body language. (Transition into one of the many routines involving the body.)

Sorry if snapping doesn't work for you. I'm sure you can use this help with other types of rhythmical actions as well :)

A question about your blinking problem first - is it noticeable by others?
If it is noticeable have you wondered to ask what people think is happening, maybe ask someone you know.
It could be a opener to ask a HB to see what is caught in your eye thats making you blink :)

The fidgiting is AA and is what happens to me but will lessen the more you approach, alternatively like Katta124 says do something with your hands.

Snap fingers, practice coin manipulation or massage your hands deliberately working each finger in turn. Again these things can work for you to DHV, you can say your practicing for your lil sis`s birthday magic show or show her your hand massage - good kino? There are vids and books you can read up on for magic and massage, simple yet distracting with a bit of mystery to what you are doing.

You could try quickly tensing the muscles in a foot, or your toes together. It's all concealed in your shoes then and shouldn't be so visible.
