I've known about the mystery method since the first season on VH1. At the time I paid no mind to this because I was with my ex girlfriend at the time. We had a rough breakup about 7 months ago. The relationship became very dysfunctional for many reasons. One of them being myself and my level of discipline and motivation. I feel and know in my heart that the pick up arts could help me towards a healthier lifestyle. I've always suffered from low self esteem (due to my extreme case of approach anxiety) although I believe myself to be a very attractive guy. Because of my lack of social skills, I feel as if I am not the alpha male I can potentially be. I get IOI's almost everytime I go out to a public place but I freeze up immediately and end up hating myself for not even making a move. If there's anyone out there who could spit some knowledge my way, I'd definitely appreciate it. I need to get out of this hole I've been in for the past year. Thanks again!

First of all I want you to stop feeling sorry for yourself, this will do you no good. All you are having is a slightly over amplified emotional response.

Go see a local hypnotherapist who will be able to fix that for you very quickly, well if he/she is any good.
