three very decent chicks were sitting in front of me in a burger joint and I thought "what the hell this could be good practice" and I found myself not being able to do it, Talking to them. things like "how do i not appear creepy" what should i say" "they will obviously know im hitting on them" shit like that swam through my head and soon i was frozen didnt know what to do and when my friend came with fries I gave up all together. it was really my first taste of approach anxiety, i dint see any way to ball up and do it. how do you fix something like that?

Approaching as soon as the situation allows might help, don't give yourself time to get anxious about it. You are depriving them of meaningful conversation, and a possible relationship. Didn't you say you were interested in those girls? Saying something is always better than saying nothing, because friendly comments usually increase their disposition towards you.

your not afraid in a sense, you just didnt know what to say im sure if you had the exact words on the tip of your tongue it would of been a bit heart pounding but you would of been able to pull it off,

make a list of places you meet woman and come up with some witty lines to use in situations that happen to you every day....that way when your at jack in the box again you just might be that much closer to something to say.....
