So today i went to work and actually I kind of got rid of approach anxiety by being forced to get rid of it. You see at work I got really dirty today Im serious my pants and shoes were all muddy, the best way i can explain it is by imagining someone who took a shit and it fell right thrue all the way to his shoes I mean I was muddy. So anyways my dad comes and picks me up from work and says that we are going to a car show with his pal mike. I was like O SHIT AHOLE bunch of shit was going through my mind I was thinking O man I look so dirty, people arent going to think im alpha because my hair is all messed up and alphas have good grooming SO yeah I kept telling my dad to take me home cus I wanted to take a shower but he was like, no cus the house is to far away So I was just like whatever then i got to thinking "Hey maybe this will help me get rid of approach anxiety" So we get to the car show and there was HBs from left to right and I feel my voice getting lower and lower to the point where I could barely even hear myself. Then after awhile I was like Holy shit im the most badly dressed most dirty clothed person in the show and I was like Who gives a shit! so I started walking all alpha like and shit I seriously didnt care I DONT CARE ANYMORE!!! I mean O my GOD!!! I dont know why people have approach anxiety in the first place!? SHIT. anyways for people that have AA just fucking go out and do something ANYTHING just do something youll feel better trust me I garentee it later brothers!
