well one things for sure you feel anxiety but its also good to take risks.. why? because it expands your comfort zone level meaning next time you face the same problem you just risked before its not going to be as hard as the last time you did it get it! peace im going to sleep

I understand how you feel about exiting conversations on a good note. The easiest way I have found is to wait until you have a chnace to reply to something they have said and then just tie up the conversation bynot saying anything that could be commented on. Wrap up your side of the conversation and then before they can speak tell them it was a pleasure speaking with them and then say that you're going now to do something (can be anything like going to the bathroom or going over to chat with someone else). Hope this helps.
