Like for me i blushed first, Then I red a book by Wayne Dyer.
And it was gone.
Also i was suffering from toxic shame and its gone.

Posts: 16 | | books give you some good tips and there is some good advice. for example, i read this in one book and found it really helpful: When you are talking to someone, stay out of your head and listen. You have all day to talk to yourself, but when you are with someone is not the time.
