I am 20 and looking to get out to the bars more but am incredibly shy and embarassed that when I go out the hb's see my acne scars and pass by. I have no problem meeting people when I'm already drunk but I cant hold convos well when intoxicated. Should I just stop worrying or consider covering up with makeup (not sure i want to but)?

It doesn't matter. Just be confident. It might cause you some sticking points early on in your game, it just means you might have to do a little more attraction building than normal.
